

The final round of the inaugural season of the Norfolk Junior Squash League Division 2, saw Fakenham II, Beccles I and Wymondham High School all fighting it out for the runners-up spot after East Anglia II had already secured the title, finishing their games in the previous round.
With three equally-matched teams, the first tie saw Fakenham II and Wymondham battle out a hard-fought draw with Hannah Morris winning in straight sets for Wymondham backed up by Will Richardson beating Leyton James 3-2. For Fakenham, Adam Sinkins edged out Gary O'Brien to secure a 3-1 win for Fakenham with Jake Peace winning in straight sets.
The second tie saw a rejuvenated Fakenham team dominate Beccles I to win all four matches 3-0 in a clean sweep featuring Connor Doy, Adam Sinkins, Leyton James and Jake Pearce.
In the final tie, Beccles seemed to be back on their game with Robert Mattocks, Jono Wright and Dom Skuse all winning their ties 3-1 while conceding a walkover to Gary O'Brien.
Fakenham's good showing secured them the runners-up spot in this tight and well-matched league.
