Fakenham players again provided the highest number of entries for their second Norfolk Junior Squash Grand Prix of the year, which was shared with Reepham, and were rewarded with two wins from the six groups including Adam Sinkins who won Group 1.
Adam claimed his fifth GP win from sixth, beating clubmate Connor Doy 3-1 in a competitive final. Joseph Weavers finished a best ever third, and Drew Butchart showed greatest improvement in beating both Martin Jolley and Sam Lanham 3-2 to finish fifth.
Group 1 Final Placings
Group 2 also provided some very close matches where Giles Evans justified his no.1 seeding to win the group. The remaining positions were dictated by 3-2 wins for David Gorrod over Rob Davis and Robby Coates over Nathan Shearing.

Prakrit Kumar was too strong for the opposition in group 3 comfortably winning all 3 matches. Liam Mooney gained 2 wins for second place, but the most competitive match saw Ryan Stringer beat Craig Smith 17/15,11/8,11/13,9/11,11/5 to finish an encouraging fifth.
Group 3 Final Placings
Group 4 was won by Bonnie Butler who made a storming comeback from 0-2 down to beat Phil Davis 3-2 and take this group win. All the final matches were very close and resulted in hard fought 3-1 wins for Aaron Myhill, Claire Jolley and Sami Wright in this tight group.
Group 4 Final Placings
Jake Sheard won group 5 winning all 5 of his matches in his first Grand Prix, but again the group was very close with just 23 points separating first and last positions. Young Jay Myhill also playing his first Grand Prix played well in each of his 5 matches.
Group 5 Final Placings
Four players from Broadland and Owen Scott from King's Lynn made up group 6 where young Joe Henden proved to strong for his clubmates winning all 4 matches. James Longley and Jedd Scott were not too far behind and Roberta Longley also managed 4 close matches winning 1.
